Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can simply return your purchase to us at the following address and we will refund you in full. You have 28 days from your order date in which to notify us that you plan to return the goods.

PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE YOU RETURN SOMETHING.

Please print out THIS RETURNS FORM (pdf), and include it with any returns. The returns address is on the form. This will speed up the returns process , so you can get your alternative or refund a few days quicker. Items returned without a returns form will incur a £5 restocking fee.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK IN THE CONDITION THEY ARRIVED IN AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING! We reserve the right to refuse any Returns that are not in the original packaging, or in damaged packaging.

We recommend www.interparcel.com to book a courier to return the goods or Royal Mail for smaller items. Either way, please use a trackable service.

In the extremely unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us. You may not need to return it, depending on the item. It's best to contact us first.

You can return the goods unused in the original packaging within 45 days.

You will pay the shipping cost if you want to return something.
If we have sent out an incorrect item, we will of course arrange a collection or pay for the return.

If you want a refund, we will reverse the transaction automatically. We won't need your card details, just the returns form filled in.

If you want to exchange for something else we will just send the new item out when we receive the return. If the new item is less expensive we will refund the difference, if its more expensive we will email you a link where you can pay the difference.
