Short history of Hammock Heaven
It started in 2009 with the launch of the web store: Hammock Heaven . In the following years, the web store has expanded to include foreign countries. We are currently active in more than 8 countries and ship to all countries within the EU.
In the meantime we are working with a team of four specialists in the web store. This allows us to provide everyone with good advice on hammocks and to meet the slowly increasing demand for hammocks and hanging chairs.
No shipping costs and free returns!
Whatever item you order from us, whether it is a hammock, a hanging chair or a complete hanging chair with a standard, you pay us no shipping costs!!
Delivery is handled by DPD Parcel Service and they ensure that your order is delivered on time to the delivery address. They also ensure that you are kept informed of the transport of your order. You will receive an email with information and possibly also a text message with the estimated delivery time, so that you can be home on time to Hammock Heaven receive the package.
365 days to change your mind
At Hammock Heaven you can still return your order within one year. If you do not have time to use the product after all, or if you do not have enough interest in it, it can be returned.
