Do you love to spend time outside and spend the night in a hammock outdoors on cold days? So far, to protect you from the cold from below, you only had the option to put a sleeping mat in the hammock. With the result that the mat slipped during the night and then it got very cold from below. That is why we developed the thermal hammocks. They have a practical slot on the bottom with reinforced seams for a sleeping pad. So you sleep warm and safe in your outdoor hammock even on colder days. All “typical” mattresses that are used for trekking tours fit into the slot (regular: approx. 183 x 51 cm; large: approx. 198 x 65 cm). ‘Luxury mattresses’ with a thickness of up to 7 cm also fit in the slot. Although they are relatively large, they can, if only because it is more convenient to always use something “under inflated”. So they adapt better to the body and the lying comfort is higher.
