Thank you for a fantastic hammock and really easy-to-use fixings. We were slightly disappointed that it did not arrive until Monday, following order on Thursday (daughter’s birthday, Saturday), but I presume that this is because my order was a bit late (ordered sometime between 3.30pm and 4pm). Possibly I missed some small print on the website stating the latest time to order for next day delivery? If that is the case, might I suggest that you make it more prominent?
However, it is great, my 15 year old has wanted one for years and is very happy with it, and I am impressed that it packs away easily and lightly, so less chance it will be left out in the rain because we can’t be bothered. Your website was easily the most informative, and I will recommend you highly to anyone who wants to know.

Hi Ada, Sorry I didn’t get back to you yesterday. Thanks for all your help. We did as you said and stretched/forced the hammock and managed to get it onto the clips. Once it had been lain in it was perfect. I’m used to dealing with the many companies in the UK who constantly let you down and I expected problems at every turn, but it made a refreshing change to deal with a company who delivered as promised and were knowledgeable about their products. The hammock stand itself is beautiful and of excellent quality. As mentioned it was a gift from my Mother to my Father for his retirement and he was absolutely thrilled with it.
