   Dear All at Hammock Heaven, I am writing to express my thanks for your excellent customer service. I ordered a hammock for my husband for his 30th birthday and realised after the payment went through that he would be at home the next day and could possibly guess the contents through looking at the packaging. I called your customer services team who were so helpful and arranged with FedEx to delay the delivery by one day so that I could ensure I’d be home rather than my husband! Our beautiful hammock arrived yesterday, in perfect condition, and I cannot wait to give it to him. The quality of both the construction and colour is better than I could have hoped – I am so impressed and will definitely be back to purchase again when we upgrade to a flat with a garden!
