Dear All at Hammock Heaven, I am writing to express my thanks for your excellent customer service. I ordered a hammock for my husband for his 30th birthday and realised after the payment went through that he would be at home the next day and could possibly guess the contents through looking at the packaging. I called your customer services team who were so helpful and arranged with FedEx to delay the delivery by one day so that I could ensure I’d be home rather than my husband!
