I found the service excellent – from searching on the internet – to the discussions over the phone – any queries I had was answered fully and the details were very clear. The website is informative and realistic giving a true appearance of what you will receive. Bearing in mind I ordered a day before Christmas Eve; I could not believe the hammock arrived in time for Christmas!!! No complaints whatsoever, the fact that it is in my son’s bedroom has brought so much popularity around my son – his friends love it – their mums were intrigued at the idea but when they saw it – especially the bolts on the wall – you can have it up or completely put away very easily they are asking me for details.
